If You Scrapped The Gold Of Dishes Would It Be Possible To Seperate And Sell?

You would be amazed at how little gold there is in gold leaf. It’s certainly not enough to justify ruining your dishes. By the way, the price of the dishes included the price of the gold, so scraping off the gold can never make you more money than selling the dishes themselves.

  Generally no, the gold-plated dishes are made with a very cheap material with very low percentage of gold.
