Where Can I Sell My Old Clothes???
I have heaps of clothes and need to earn some money. I don’t want to sell my clothes online, especially Ebay because it costs to sell stuff. Where in Gold Coast, Queensland Australia can I sell my clothes??? A list and address + websites would be very helpful!!
Thanks!!!

Hello – I had the same issue and actually did turn to Ebay to sell my clothes
I sold them as “lots” and put together a ton of cute outfits…
I avoided most of the fees (like fees for posting pics) by formatting my webpage at Auctiva.Com…They do not charge you for extra pics and your listing displays just as it would if formatted in ebay. You do, however, still need to pay “closing costs” (something like 3-5% of overall sum.. I forget the details tho)
I made about 200 bucks per lot so far… My “lots” of clothing were about 35-40 pieces of clothing each – Abercrombie, AE, hollister, Tommy, Steve Madden – mostly name brand items. I made good money for old clothes that, at one point, were apparently considered “trendy” lol.
Anyways – if you still want to avoid ebay – consigning your clothing at an upscale secondhand store (depending on quality) would also be a viable option
And, if you do want to pursue ebay, feel free to contact me and I’ll give you the details… It was def a learning curve for me (fig out how to receive payments, make payments, format listings, learn ebays jargon, etc) but ive finally learned the ropes and would be more than willing to help someone else =)
Hope this helps
You should think about people that are less fortunate than you and give them to salvation army..seriously..
