If You Found A Load Of Old Treasure Would You Hand It In Or Sell It?
I found alot of gold and stuff were can i sell it without getting caught?
i live near a farm and me and a Friend were driving an old moped around there we stumbled across a shiit load of well treasure all kinds of shiit like old gold coins ,old metal cups ,gold chains all linked together like a face mask or something, a load of swords with all engraving on them like crosses and shiit old clothes all kinds of stuff .i wont go into detail but its hidden underground at the moment how do we go about selling this stuff like on the black market or wotever? ,could we sell it over the internet? what good sites are there were we can find out how much its worth?
plese dont start telling me we should hand it in.
this stuff must be hundreds of years old so doesent as such belong to anybody.
im not quit sure weather the land we found it on belongs too the farm or weather its owned by the goverment or whoever.
if you could give me infomation on some of it i can post sme pictures
how much could stuff like old swords be worth?

All the stuff you found have a value, on the sly find the owner of the land first at least who they are, You may get a bigger finders fee then what you would spend on advertising appraising and court cost if the owner ever did find out, a lot of older items have engraved links to who they may belong to at least who they did belong to, swords generally where specifically made for someone by design, unless they are military and then they may have a identification of issue, you could sell on ebay, craigslist , and crap like that , or local antique dealer, who may know the historical value or heritage of the item locally.
