JOHANNESBURG (Dow Jones)–Global investment in gold remains strong and the market has stayed buoyant despite the rising price of the metal, helping to offset depressed demand for jewelry in all major markets outside of China, AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. (AU) said Monday.
